Are You Resting Enough?

If your muscles are constantly put under strain and pressure they cannot grow sufficiently. Make sure you are getting a day's rest between workouts, performing some light stretching to keep your muscles flexible and prevent soreness. Reduce your stress levels too as much as possible, and this will help to relax and sleep better.

Is Your Rep Range Varied?

Sticking to the same old rep range is a sure fire way to stay hamper your muscle growth. Lower reps ranges are typically good for strength gains, while the higher rep ranges for muscle size and endurance. Any weight lifting program worth it's salt will change things up so that are performing low and high rep ranges at different times in order to get the most out of your sessions.
