It seems that the more the information age advances, the more we tend to overcomplicate things. Today I got a question from a good friend of mine who stumbled upon a video of a coach talking about how the king of leg exercises in bodybuilding, the squat, is an exercise that only works the lower back and that it should not be performed as a result. ?Needless to say, my friend was confused, as was I.
Thus, I decided to put my detective/engineering hat on, take a look at the video and see what conclusion I would come up with based on the facts.
